Perform certain monthly and quarterly compliance reviews of the FMG LLC proprietary mutual funds including the activities of FMG LLC and its sub-advisers; gather and prepare compliance related information for the quarterly Board of Trustees meetings; assist with the review, quality control and coding of the FMG LLC proprietary mutual funds’ investment guidelines; compile data for certain forensic tests for senior members of the compliance team; assist senior members of the compliance team with certain SEC filings and participate in compliance-related projects and automation efforts
3-5 years experience, years of experience in a financial service industry, specialized areas such as fund accounting, auditing, and compliance, regulatory experience preferred but not required.General knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 Employee should possess strong research, analytical and practical problem solving skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
