Job Purpose

Responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing operational metrics to determine operational efficiency, and trend analysis, Territorial management, plotting data to maps and managing production goals and productivity. Work with EVPs, TSMs and BOM on RBG goal setting, business plan tracking and assist RBG Directors. Will be responsible project management initiatives with financial, work measurement, equipment/space planning, and metrics reporting. Liaison between external departments including executive office. Aligns department goals to company and business area strategy. Mentors employees in developing their skills and handles conflict in a professional manner. Gives regular feedback to recognize performance strengths or weakness providing recommendations. Work with a small fast paced team, will need to be able to multitask and work efficiently, needs minimal training and can roll up their sleeves.  

  • Thorough knowledge of end-to-end business functions, workflow, systems and transactions, expense management methods, accounting or budgeting.
  • Advanced knowledge of database management and database tools.
  • Project management tools and PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Interacts with all levels of the organization and acts as a liaison between business areas including the field to understand their metric needs.
  • Able to address complex tasks and requests and find alternative solutions to roadblocks.
  • Able to identify inconsistency in data.
  • Able to tailor communications to the audience and respond to questions and concerns.
  • Knowledgeable in DB2, vbA, SQL, OBI, and other tools.
  • Formal management responsibilities of a small team over time.
  • Work under general supervisor, Bachelors degree,
  • 6-8 years of experience.
