Job Purpose

Responsible for creating policy and procedures, managing complex issues independently for all branches. Serves as counsel for the Branch Operations Managers and the Branch Managers in the Field specifically in the areas of Finance & Administration, Branch Operations/Infrastructure and Organizational Management by independently providing recommendations. Leads the delivery of the most complex projects across Field, which may consist of multiple, smaller projects. Conducts research and analysis to quantify business opportunities and issues and develops formal recommendations for presentation to management. Works with Field to generate solutions to business issues and then plans/implements those solutions. Leads efforts to develop new or revised processes/procedures in support of other departments and business areas. Executes on key projects such as SPAN workbooks, and drives success in Real Estate. Initiates implementation of best practices. Improves branch processes to gain operating efficiency and effectiveness. Actively involved in decision making process for FPs Staff development, if applicable. Directly responsible the delivery of key initiatives such as Succession Planning, ASA Program or Field Recognition Makes recommensations to Sr. Management to generate solutions to business issues .Manages the ongoing enhancements and support of core Field applications and solutions to ensure successful ongoing operations.

  • 5-8years of experience (finanical service preferred)
  • College education, major in business preferred.  Graduate business degree helpful
  • Basic understanding of the organization's financial performance.
  • Supervises staff and acts as a mentor to new employees.
  • Leadership skills. Ability to function independently. Proactive decision making skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate
  • Strong communicate skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel). 
  • Experience in or knowledge of insurance, securities or financial services providers helpful. 
  • Displays good judgment and decision-making skills. 
  • Understands the need for confidentiality at all levels of work. 
  • Knowledge of office equipment (copiers, fax, scanners, computers, printers, phone system, etc.) 
  • General administrative responsibilities.
