AXA US uses an e-Recruitment tool to attract and recruit people to our organization. The AXA e-Recruitment tool lets recruiters publish available job openings to various recruitment sites and job boards and facilitates the smooth execution of our recruitment function. Potential candidates can register via our e-Recruitment tool and then search and apply for available position vacancies.
By registering your candidate profile, you provide AXA with your personal data and state that you are interested in exploring employment with us. By doing so, you consent to the use of your data for filling open positions as described below, which can include either a single, specific opening or additional potential openings beyond the scope of your original application for which you may be qualified.
Your data will be shared within AXA’s Human Resource community and its other business functions (eg, hiring managers) to determine how well your application aligns with the position you have applied for, or for possible future or other open roles. Additionally, your application data will be viewed together with additional information you provide AXA during the recruitment process (eg, interviews, assessments, etc.). If your application is successful, your data will be used for hiring administration including the establishment of your new hire record in our human resources information system. Your contact information might also be used to improve your job application experience and AXA’s HR recruitment process. For example, you might be asked to participate in surveys related to recruitment. Your participation in such surveys is completely voluntary. Your data might also be used for legal, regulatory and statistical purposes in an aggregated manner.
In order for you to apply for a position, AXA will ask you to enter your personal and contact data, work experience, and education. You will also be asked a series of qualifying questions such as whether you have a legal right to work in the United States. You can also attach documents to supplement your data, such as a resume, social media profile, etc.
Transfer of Data
AXA is a global company. Your data might therefore be used globally in connection with the recruitment process. You understand that your data will be transferred to and processed outside of the United States. By submitting your data, you consent to such transfer and processing. AXA will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data and prevent unauthorized access.
Access to data
All of your data may be accessed by AXA employees involved in the recruitment process outside of the United States, as well as by authorized third parties such as IT staff assisting AXA in the recruitment process.
Your data will be kept in the system so that we may contact you for other potential opportunities. Should you wish to have your data removed from our system, please contact Careers-US@axa-equitable.com and we will remove your data from the system upon request.
